I found Sawnee Appliance Repair after an online search for air conditioner repair in Cumming, GA, and honestly I’m glad I called them. Our AC had been blowing warm air off and on for two days, then just quit keeping the house cool. Not ideal in Georgia heat.
The technician showed up on time, got right to it, and didn’t waste half the visit talking in circles. He checked the system, explained the issue in plain English, and handled the repair the same visit. That alone was a relief. You call for air conditioner repair, you want it fixed, not dragged out.
What I liked most was how straightforward everything felt. No pressure, no weird upsell, no trying to make the problem sound bigger than it was. He worked on our Carrier unit, replaced the bad part, tested the airflow, and made sure the temperature was dropping before leaving. House felt better pretty fast.
If you’re in Cumming and need air conditioner repair, Sawnee Appliance Repair is worth calling. Professional, respectful, clean work. Pricing was fair from what I’ve seen around here, maybe even better than some. You can tell they do this every day.
I’d definitely use Sawnee Appliance Repair again for air conditioner repair or any HVAC service around the house. Solid experience, easy to recommend.
