Found Sawnee Appliance Repair from a quick online search for emergency air conditioner repair in Cumming, GA, and yeah, they were one of the few that actually looked local and responsive. Glad I called. Our AC quit in the middle of a really hot afternoon, and the house got uncomfortable fast. I needed emergency air conditioner repair, not a callback three days later.
The technician showed up on time, was polite, and got right to it. No wasting time, no long speech. He checked the system, explained the issue in simple terms, and fixed it the same visit. In our case it was a bad capacitor and some wiring that needed attention. He also tested everything before leaving and made sure the air was blowing cold again.
What I liked most was how normal the whole service felt. Professional, but not stiff. He answered what needed answering, gave a fair price, and didn’t try to upsell stuff we probably didn’t need. That matters. If you’re in Cumming and searching for emergency air conditioner repair, Sawnee Appliance Repair is worth calling.
This was a solid experience from start to finish. Fast scheduling, honest service, and the repair held up. The AC has been running the way it should since the visit. I’d use Sawnee Appliance Repair again for emergency air conditioner repair without much thought.
