I found Sawnee Appliance Repair from a Google search when I needed Water Heater repair at my home in Cumming, GA. Hot water was on and off for two days, then pretty much gone. Not a thing you want to drag out.
The technician showed up on time, looked over the unit, and got right to it. Mine is a Rheem, and he seemed to know the usual issues without turning it into a big speech. He checked the heating parts, thermostat, and a couple other things, explained the problem in plain English, and gave me the price before doing the work. Fair, honestly.
What I liked was how normal the whole visit felt. No pushy upsell, no weird pressure to replace the whole system when it still had life left. Just solid Water Heater repair. He worked clean, tested everything before leaving, and made sure the hot water was back and steady. Later that night, still working fine. Next morning too.
If you’re in Cumming and searching for Water Heater repair, Sawnee Appliance Repair is worth calling. Fast response, professional tech, and the repair actually fixed the issue. That’s really it. I’d use them again for Water Heater repair and probably other appliance issues too.
